Parallel 51 clothing is exclusively available to purchase online here at parallel51.co and cannot be purchased from any other online stores or retailers.

Purchasers must request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving our order. The item(s) must be returned in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or that smell of perfume. The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange is made. The cost of returning the item(s) to Parallel 51 is to be covered by the purchaser.

Exchanges can be made for garments equal to the same full price value. Store credit will be issued to a customer’s Parallel 51 account based on the discounted price paid for the garment.

Items purchased during promotional periods (using a discount or promotion code) are eligible for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. The particular promotion in issue may have additional, more restrictive terms and conditions.

We offer global shipping to all destinations.

We take great care in ensuring the items you receive meet our quality controls. However, if you do receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please email us at info@parallel51.co so we can review the matter.

We currently accept payments via PayPal. We are working to expand our payment options so watch this space!

Parallel 51 uses Fedex International Priority and deliveries will arrive in approximately 5-10 business days.

Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. As orders are placed online, they are sent through to the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received.

Parallel 51 cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Our items are made by a specialist factory in China and designed by our two co-owners, Charlotte and Rebecca, alongside a tailoring specialist in Hong Kong.
